The room was nicely updated and very clean and available with a balcony. The location of the hotel was favourable and unbeatable - at a short distance from Buffalo Nations Luxton Museum. It was located in a downtown area.

Nicely decorated room with balconies, the living space, a mountain view, very friendly staff. Nice and ideal location within walking distance of downtown in an excellent area. Again, 5 minutes walk from a low-key gallery.

Will be returning here soon if I go to Banff, appreciated my really really nice stay. The hotel is clean and the staff are outstandingly accommodating and incredibly kind. It offers favourable, marvellous location. Walk from a bus stop, it makes every part of Banff easily accessible.
